Tech Collective Ahuriri

The old iconic wool store building in Napier redeveloped into a thriving commercial hub, home to some big names in business.

This project retained the look and feel of the old wool store. The rustic timber and steel construction exposed in some of the areas is a great reminder of the era this building came from. The new aluminium joinery and glazing from the hundreds of roof panels to the automatic doors, bifold doors and window joinery this was a fantastic project to be part of.
