Thermally Broken Residential Awning & Casement Windows

Awning and casement windows offer an efficient design, making them the perfect addition to New Zealand homes with the ever-changing weather conditions.

Designed to open outward from the bottom, Awning windows allow efficient air circulation while still protecting from the elements.

Our casement windows are designed to open outward from the left or right.

What is a thermally broken window?

A thermally broken window has a strip of insulating material built into its aluminium frame, separating the inside face from the outside face. That break slows the heat that would otherwise travel straight through the metal, so rooms hold their warmth in winter, stay cooler in summer and have less chance of condensation. All of the awning and casement windows on this page are thermally broken.
